IGT is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to quickly resolve customer issues. Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting technical problems, and processing customer orders. The Customer Service Representative will also assist in maximizing customer satisfaction and retention through professional and courteous interactions. Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service to IGT clients
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provide product information and technical support to customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management
- Meet or exceed customer service goals and metrics
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on problem-solving and teamwork
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
