Job Pre-Requisites and Educational background:
Graduate with Excellent Comm Skills – Written and Verbal
Will include late night / early morning shifts or extended hours so personal transport
preferred.
Rotational Shift set up.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS Outlook)
Present profile should include MIS, Team Performance Evaluation and Analytics, etc.
Present profile should preferably include training team members.
Call Monitoring with Soft Skill Training background is added advantage.
