- Provide personalized customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless communication and client support
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and feedback in the company database
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to offer informed guidance to clients
- Handle a high volume of client requests and prioritize tasks effectively
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and sending follow-up emails
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment for the team
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities to exceed client expectations.
