Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience and make recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Assist in training new customer service representatives
- Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve
- Utilize a CRM system to track customer interactions and provide personalized service
