Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers in person, over the phone, and through email
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Assist with inventory management by restocking merchandise and organizing product displays
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for our customers
- Stay knowledgeable about Skechers products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Uphold Skechers' brand standards and values while representing the company in a professional manner
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to create a welcoming environment for customers.
