Sales Inbound Process is seeking a proactive and driven Customer Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers who have expressed interest in our products or services. You will provide comprehensive information about our offerings, answer any questions, and ultimately close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be a quick learner, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to build rapport with customers and have a strong sales acumen. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. If you are enthusiastic about sales and enjoy helping customers find solutions that meet their needs, we would love to hear from you.

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking sales assistance
- Handle inbound calls from potential customers
- Provide product information, pricing, and promotions to customers
- Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
