Job Description

We are hiring for Female Customer Relationship Manager.

Location: Kodambakkam, Chennai, India (Google Maps Location Search: Artikel Lifestyle Private Limited)

Salary Range: 13,000 to 20,000

Responsibilities:

Engage with our valued customers across various channels (phone, email, chat, social media) with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy.
Must have the ability to quickly learn about of our products to guide the customers and queries effectively
Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Bring Offline business by creating fresh business leads through cold calling.
Utilize Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and management tasks.

Requirements:

Fluency in both Hindi and English languages is mandatory.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A genuine passion for helping others and creating memorable experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with ease.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications:

Female candidates are preferred for this position, as we value diversity and inclusivity in our team.
Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms or online sales environments is a plus.
