Job Description

We are hiring for Female Customer Relationship Manager.

Location: Kodambakkam, Chennai, India (Google Maps Location Search: Artikel Lifestyle Private Limited)

Salary Range: 13,000 to 20,000

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with our valued customers across various channels (phone, email, chat, social media) with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy.
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn about of our products to guide the customers and queries effectively
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Bring Offline business by creating fresh business leads through cold calling.
  • Utilize Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and management tasks.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Hindi and English languages is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and creating memorable experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with ease.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Female candidates are preferred for this position, as we value diversity and inclusivity in our team.
  • Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms or online sales environments is a plus.
