Job Description

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

- Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs

- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status

- Handle customer complaints and provide necessary solutions

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner

- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and service level agreements

- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues for continuous improvement
