Ambica is seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties include responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat, processing orders, and managing customer accounts. The Customer Care Executive will also be expected to upsell products and services to customers, as well as gather feedback to improve overall customer experience. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information in database
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Use problem-solving skills to find solutions for customer concerns
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met
- Adhere to company policies and procedures when communicating with customers
- Assist with processing customer orders and returns
- Stay informed about company products and services to effectively assist customers
- Meet and exceed customer care goals and metrics
