Job Description

- Develop and implement the overall CRM strategy for Pratha Constructions
- Manage and optimize customer databases for targeted marketing campaigns
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with company goals
- Analyze customer data to improve customer segmentation and personalization
- Monitor and report on CRM metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure CRM system functionality and integration with other platforms
- Train sales and marketing teams on CRM best practices and procedures
- Stay current on CRM trends and technologies to recommend new strategies for improvement
- Communicate regularly with senior management on CRM performance and goals
