- Maintain accurate records of outstanding debts and client information
- Review and analyze credit reports to assess risk level
- Develop and implement strategies to effectively collect overdue payments
- Communicate with clients to negotiate repayment plans and resolve issues
- Monitor payment arrangements and follow up on late payments
- Prepare reports on collection activities and present to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient debt recovery process
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices for credit collections.
