- providing counseling services to individuals seeking personal and professional development

- communication effectively with clients to establish rapport and address their needs

- Write engaging and informative content for Achievers organisation's website and social media platforms

- Assist customers with inquiries concerns, and feedback in a courteous manner

- Utilize Excel to organize and analyze data related to counselling session and client progress

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop programs and resources for clients

- Stay updated on trends and best practice in counselling and mental health support

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions with clients
