- Provide counseling services to clients in a supportive and non-judgmental manner
- Clearly communicate complex ideas and information to clients in a way that is easy to understand
- Write engaging and informative content for marketing materials, social media, and newsletters
- Assist customers with inquiries, appointments, and any other needs that may arise
- Use Excel to track client progress, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new counseling strategies and programs
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay current on best practices in the counseling field
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals
