We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Partnerships to join our team. This role is crucial in driving DreamDen.ai’s growth by forging strategic alliances and partnerships with key players in the home interior products and services industry across the USA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing successful tie-ups and collaborations within the home interior sector.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at Synergy Labs in Panipat. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer data, retaining customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- *Experience:* Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a related role within the home interior products and services industry in the USA.
- *Network:* Strong network of contacts within the home interior sector, including manufacturers, service providers, and industry associations.
- *Skills:* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- *Strategic Thinking:* Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute partnership initiatives that drive business growth.
- *Results-Driven:* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding partnership and revenue targets.
- *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
