Job Description
- Perform cost estimates for interior design projects
- Analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost projections
- Research and gather pricing information from vendors and contractors
- Collaborate with project managers and designers to develop comprehensive estimates
- Evaluate bids and proposals to ensure competitiveness and accuracy
- Monitor project costs throughout the duration of the project
- Prepare cost reports and present findings to management
- Keep abreast of industry trends and pricing to ensure estimates are current and competitive
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to cost estimates and budgets.
