The Construction Sales Executive at Peer to Peer HR Services will be responsible for selling construction services to potential clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, and identifying new business opportunities within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Job Description

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients within the construction industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out new leads.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by pitching products and services to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote construction services and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to build long-term relationships.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to increase brand visibility.
- Keep track of sales performance and report on progress to management regularly.
- Travel to various client locations as needed to present proposals and close deals.
