- Conduct analysis on current compensation trends in the market

- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to determine competitive compensation packages
- Conduct data analysis to ensure equitable and competitive pay practices
- Monitor and review compensation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation inquiries
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and legal requirements related to compensation
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for compensation expenses
