Job Description
- Manage a team of collection agents to ensure timely recovery of overdue loans
- Set collection targets and closely monitor performance to meet KPIs
- Implement collection strategies to maximize recovery rates while maintaining customer relationships
- Analyze delinquency trends and propose proactive measures to prevent future late payments
- Collaborate with credit risk management team to assess credit worthiness of customers
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to loan collection
- Prepare reports on collection activities, progress, and impact on the company's bottom line
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to loan collection
- Conduct regular training sessions for collection agents to enhance their skills and performance
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
