Job Description
- Regularly contacting clients to discuss payment status and negotiate payment plans
- Tracking and documenting all communication related to collections
- Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment disputes
- Coordinating with legal counsel to initiate legal action if necessary
- Analyzing customer payment trends and implementing strategies to minimize overdue payments
- Preparing and presenting regular reports on collection efforts and outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
- Providing excellent customer service while professionally resolving customer issues
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account information in the database
