- Utilize telephone, email, and letter communication to follow up on outstanding accounts
- Negotiate payment plans and settlement options with clients
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all collection activities
- Provide regular updates to management on collection progress
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to billing and collections
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet collection targets
