Job Description
Eoxys IT is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Cold Caller Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone to generate leads, pitch products or services, and set appointments for follow-up. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided list, introducing them to the company's products or services.
- Generate leads by identifying potential clients, gathering relevant information, and qualifying them for follow-up.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and explain how our offerings can meet those needs.
- Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team to follow up and further engage qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls made, leads generated, and meetings scheduled.
- Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to keep the conversation moving forward.
- Follow up on previous conversations with potential clients to nurture leads over time.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on the quality of leads and customer responses.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately log information.
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, or cold calling is preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced.
- High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in B2B/B2C cold calling or sales roles.
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies and techniques.
- Time management skills to balance multiple leads and follow-up activities.
NOTE: Need availability as per overseas clients.
