- Develop and implement CNC programs for machining operations
- Analyze blueprints, drawings, and models to determine the best process for manufacturing
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy of machined parts
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with CNC programs or machines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in CNC technology
- Provide training and guidance to machine operators as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
