As a Client Relationship Manager at Vflex, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner, and proactively identifying opportunities for account growth. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, customer service, and sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Position:** Client Relationship Manager  

**Location:** Goregaon East  

**Salary:** 1.80 LPA to 3LPA

**Objective:**  

The Client Relationship Manager’s main goal is to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

 

**Responsibilities:**

- Engage with clients to understand their needs.

- Be the main contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns quickly and professionally.

- Create and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.

- Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.

- Look for chances to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.

- Check in regularly with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.

- Solve issues to keep client relationships positive.

 

**Communication:**

- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients in various ways.

- Prepare and present reports on client status in a simple, professional manner.

 

**Client Acquisition:**

- Find and pursue opportunities to grow the client base.

- Work with the sales team to generate new business.

 

**Requirements:**

- Experience as a Client Relationship Manager or in a similar role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and keep client relationships.

- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.

- Understanding of industry and market trends.

 

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications or additional training are a plus.

 

**Metrics and Targets:**

- Meet or exceed client retention and satisfaction goals.

- Achieve targets for upselling and cross-selling.

- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
