Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Client Relations Maintenance

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Regularly check in with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback on services provided.

2. Conducting Meetings

Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their needs, expectations, and satisfaction levels.

Prepare agendas for meetings and document key takeaways to ensure follow-up actions are addressed promptly.

3. Conversion of Visited Clients

Develop strategies to convert potential clients met during networking or sales visits into active customers.

Follow up with prospective clients to address concerns and demonstrate how services meet their needs.

4. Brand Collaboration

Identify opportunities for collaboration with other brands to enhance service offerings and create mutually beneficial partnerships.

Negotiate and manage brand collaborations that align with company goals and client needs.

5. Handling Customer Complaints

Act as the primary point of contact for client complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

Analyze complaints to identify patterns and suggest improvements to prevent recurrence.

6. Customer Retention and Loyalty

Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty, including loyalty programs and personalized communication.

Monitor client satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to address potential issues.

7. Maximizing Conversions

Track and analyze conversion rates and implement strategies to optimize client onboarding and engagement.

Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions and enhance the conversion process.

8. Business Development

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to drive growth for the company.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations that resonate with potential clients.

9. Collaboration with Internal Teams

Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and customer support) to align client needs with service offerings.

Provide insights from client interactions to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.

10. Leadership and Guidance

Lead client-focused projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Mentor and train junior team members on best practices in client relationship management.

11. Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and best practices for enhancing customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

1.  Proven experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer service or account management, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

2.  Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, empathize, and articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

3.  Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to understand customer issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

4.  Time management and organizational skills: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

5.  Technical proficiency: Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software tools to capture and analyze customer data effectively.

6.  Customer-focused mindset: Dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences and a passion for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

7.  Team player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
