The Client Relationship Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about the company’s programs and services. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple client interactions effectively. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, detail-oriented, and capable of building lasting relationships with stakeholders while meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages from clients, donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the company’s programs, services, and events.
  • Maintain and update records of client interactions and transactions, noting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
  • Meet or exceed customer support performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and client satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for improving service quality and suggest enhancements to processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on the company’s offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements:

  • 12th Passed or Graduate.
  • Fresher and experienced candidates both are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with client concerns.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
