- Provide customer service and support in person and over the phone
- Maintain accurate records of sales, transactions, and inventory
- Assist in merchandising and restocking products on shelves
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Follow company policies and procedures for safety and security
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals
