Job Description
Execution of the site ï‚· Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations ï‚· Using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs ï‚· Undertaking complex calculations ï‚· Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors ï‚· Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures ï‚· Resolving design and development problems ï‚· Managing budgets and project resources ï‚· Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries ï‚· Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety. ï‚· Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects. ï‚· Proper management of Material and work man ship. ï‚· Coordinate with sub-contractor for smooth flow of work. ï‚· Making the BBS & Billing. ï‚· Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
