- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers via chat
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams

- Keep up-to-date on product information and company policies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and feedback
