Qualifications:  Should have acquired Professional Certification as a Chartered Accountant and should have cleared CA finals. Knowledge:  Should have knowledge in vouching and verification of books of the firms during audit period.  Expert knowledge in taxation and other statutory compliances.  Knowledge of handling IT filing and accounts of NGOs and Trusts

Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:  Maintain MIS monthly and quarterly records.  Conduct month-end and year-end book closure activities.  Conduct Cost Audit, Quarterly and Statutory Audit Coordination.  Conduct Internal Audit Coordination and Tax Audit / TP Audit Coordination.  Handle Direct and In-direct Taxation Matters.  Produce reports and recommendations following audits.  Resolve any tax-related issues for the business or clients.  Provide financial advices to the management or clients.  Preparation of expense budget reports.  Ensure Compliance with state revenue service.  Assist in Tax Planning.  Liaise with Auditors.  Investigate and rectify any financial discrepancies.  Prepare budgets, annual reports and strategies.
