Job Description

Role & Responsibility:

  • Responsible for tier 3 market (stockiest/Reseller) sales of Tp-Link Wireless , Switches, POE products.
  • Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.
  • Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
  • Analyse market trends, competition activity/sales and accordingly provide feedback to reporting manager to increase brand visibility & sales.
  • Educate partners about product portfolio.Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business.
  • Stay updated with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
  • Conduct partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.

Qualification Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience.
  • Graduate degree in any discipline
  • Good understanding of IT hardware & Networking industry.
  • Basic Technical knowledge in Networking & Wireless Solution
  • Proven channel sales experience; region/market-specific sales experience is preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Essential working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
