- Lead and oversee all operations within the center
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and ensure financial success
- Manage and mentor a team of instructors and support staff
- Create a positive and inclusive environment for children and families
- Coordinate and schedule classes, camps, and events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build relationships with parents, schools, and community partners
- Promote The Little Gym brand and mission within the local community
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care
