- Responsible for acquiring new customers and selling current accounts and savings accounts (CASA) to individuals and businesses
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to develop competitive sales strategies
