- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer queries and resolving issues
- Achieve sales targets and meet set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
