Job Description
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research, referrals, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, providing them with information and guidance regarding CASA products.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of customer needs and recommend suitable CASA products and services accordingly.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and ensure competitive advantage.
