Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

    • Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job specifications.
    • Manage candidate pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
    • Conduct interviews, administer tests, and recommend candidates based on skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
    • Ensure timely and efficient closure of open positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  2. Onboarding & Orientation:

    • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training and tools for success.
    • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company culture, policies, and their roles.
    • Ensure all employment documentation is accurately completed and filed.
  3. Employee Relations:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and operational matters.
    • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting company values and engaging employees in initiatives.
  4. HR Operations & Administration:

    • Manage HR administration tasks such as employee records, payroll, leave management, and benefits administration.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HR system.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to labor laws, health and safety, and benefits.
  5. Performance Management Support:

    • Support the performance management process by assisting managers with appraisals, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
    • Track employee performance and help identify areas for improvement or development.
    • Assist in organizing training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  6. Employee Engagement & Retention:

    • Contribute to employee engagement efforts through surveys, feedback sessions, and team-building activities.
    • Work closely with managers to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
    • Assist in implementing employee recognition and reward programs to boost morale and motivation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and operations.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methods, HR systems, and employee management processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
