The Calibration Technician at Panacea Healthcare Management will be responsible for performing calibration and maintenance on a variety of medical equipment to ensure accurate and reliable performance. Duties include testing, adjusting, and calibrating equipment according to established procedures and industry standards. The technician will also maintain calibration records, troubleshoot equipment issues, and collaborate with other departments to ensure proper functioning of equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Job Description

- Perform calibration and testing of medical equipment in accordance with regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate records of calibration activities and equipment maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs or replacements of equipment
- Train staff on proper use of calibrated equipment
- Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and regulations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and objectives
