Job Description

Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager - Telugu Native Speakers

Experience: 2 - 4 years of work experience in handling a team 

Work Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

This role is perfect for you if you possess the following:

Leadership skills to manage a team of counselors guiding students in their career choices.

Ability to cultivate empathy within the team to address queries about Client-offered courses, assisting potential learners in quick decision-making.

Demonstrated experience in leading sales teams to achieve revenue targets.

Aspiration for a managerial role with meaningful impact.

 

Responsibilities encompass:

Leading a team of BDA to meet revenue targets.

Ongoing monitoring and training for improved team performance and conversions.

Counseling prospective learners, providing career advice, and showcasing the benefits of our Programs.

Establishing the effectiveness and uniqueness of our certification Programs.

Managing the entire sales closing life cycle, including phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.

Handling escalations and enhancing customer experience.

Making proposals, providing suggestions, and assigning sales targets and responsibilities to team members.

Offering prompt responses to critical issues and suggesting solutions.

 

Requirements:

Experience from Edtech Companies as BDM/TL/ Snr BDA/ Senior Counselor with min 2 - 4 years of work Experience.

Min 6 months - 2 years in handling inside sales Team /Counselors

Age Criteria: 22 - 28 max

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in English, with native Telugu language skills.

 Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service.

CTC Offered: 7 LPA up to 12 LPA, including performance-based incentives.
