Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
• Identify and target potential clients in the advertising and creative industry.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Prepare compelling sales pitches and presentations.
2. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and solutions.
• Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Prepare and submit sales proposals and quotes.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop customized solutions for clients.
4. Market Intelligence:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Provide feedback to the agency on market insights and opportunities.
• Adjust sales strategies based on market feedback and changing conditions.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
• Ensure all client-related documentation is up to date and well-organized.
6. Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with colleagues in the advertising and creative team to deliver outstanding client solutions.
• Communicate client needs and expectations to the creative team effectively.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the advertising or creative industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of advertising and creative services is a plus.
