Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives to join our sales team. As a Business Development Executive, you will work remotely, focusing on field sales activities. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the Sales Manager in achieving overall sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

ï‚· Conduct field sales activities remotely, working closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales goals.

ï‚· Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.

ï‚· Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.

ï‚· Support the Sales Manager in the development and execution of sales strategies.

ï‚· Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

ï‚· Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

ï‚· Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategies.

ï‚· Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM software.

ï‚· Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities to the Sales Manager. Requirements:

ï‚· Freshers or candidates with up to 2.5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field are encouraged to apply.

ï‚· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

ï‚· Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong time management skills.

ï‚· A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

ï‚· Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry.

ï‚· Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
