Job Description

Experience: Fresher or 1 Year

Location: Hybrid, Pune.

Shift Timing: 10:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Joining: Immediate to 15 Days.

Position: Business Development Associate or Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation And Outreach

Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, LinkedIn Outreach, AI Tools.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Email marketing and campaign management.
Market research.

Client Relationship Management

Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
Schedule meetings, presentations, and demonstrations (when needed).

Sales Support

Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and contracts. (Good knowledge of MS Suite).
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.

Reporting And Documentation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities, database and client interactions.
Prepare weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Knowledge of CRM tools is appreciated.

Ideal Profile

B2B Sales / Account Executive or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Consulting and IT Services industry or Engineering.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of market dynamics in the US and Canada, North America.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and experience in international cold calling.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
