Job Description

- Oversee all operations of the body shop, including scheduling, quality control, and customer service
- Manage a team of technicians and administrative staff, providing leadership and mentorship as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability of the body shop
- Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding industry standards
- Coordinate with insurance companies and third-party vendors to facilitate repairs and billing processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies and equipment as needed
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies to provide the highest level of service to customers.
