Enrich Hair & Skin Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to join our team. The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for providing personalized Make up Products recommendations to clients, promoting and selling products, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various beauty and skincare products, trends, and techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A beauty or cosmetology certification is a plus. This role requires a customer-centric approach, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Provide personalized skincare and haircare consultations to clients
- Recommend and sell products based on clients' needs and preferences
- Demonstrate and educate clients on how to use products effectively
- Stay up-to-date on beauty trends, products, and techniques
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Assist with inventory management and restocking products
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals
- Uphold company standards of professionalism and customer service
