We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at FRESHER WORLD EDU TECH PRIVATE LIMITED. The BDE will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the education technology industry. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new leads, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth. Job Description

- Identify potential clients in the education sector
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to increase business opportunities
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company services
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Prepare and present proposals to clients
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and progress to management
