The Business Development Associate (BDA) position involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in pursuing an MBA while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating marketing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative solutions. The BDA will also be responsible for attending networking events, presenting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. Job Description

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients - Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team to ensure client satisfaction - Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Provide support to the sales team in managing customer inquiries and concerns - Assist in the coordination of internal meetings and events - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records - Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders - Pursue an MBA program to enhance your skills and knowledge in business administration.
