Job Description

- Greet and assist clients in opening new bank accounts
- Explain and educate clients on different types of accounts and their features
- Collect and verify necessary documents for account opening
- Process account openings accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures at all times
