Job Description

- Performing back office tasks including data entry, record keeping, and file maintenance
- Assisting with administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents
- Supporting the sales team by preparing quotes, invoices, and reports
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication
- Managing inventory and supplies for the office
