The ATM Custodian at Adecco will be responsible for ensuring ATMs are fully stocked with cash, receipts, and other necessary supplies to ensure proper functionality. This role will involve monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of ATMs, resolving any issues that may arise, and communicating with team members and management regarding any maintenance needs. The ATM Custodian will also be responsible for collecting and reconciling cash deposits from the ATMs, and performing regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Description

- Responsible for daily maintenance and cleaning of ATMs at various locations
- Manage ATM cash levels and replenish funds as needed
- Provide customer service and support for ATM users
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot issues with ATMs
- Monitor security features and ensure ATMs are operating effectively
- Communicate with management regarding any problems or concerns
- Keep accurate records of ATM transactions and maintenance activities
- Follow company policies and procedures for ATM operations
- Work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Must have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
