Responsibilities:
- Assist the Training Manager in developing and implementing training programs for all departments within the hotel.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans accordingly.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on various topics, including customer service, safety procedures, and job-specific skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance assessments.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in designing training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia content.- Support the Training Manager in organizing and facilitating employee orientation programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Collaborate with HR department to integrate training initiatives with overall employee development strategies.
- Handle administrative tasks related to training logistics, such as scheduling, room bookings, and equipment setup.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems.
- Certification in training and development
- Prerequisite : Hospitality background, great communication and a flair for L&D
- Hotel Management candidates from IHM s or other reputed Hotel Management colleges who have 2-3 years of work experience may also apply.
