Grow CareerConsultant is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support our clients in managing and maintaining strong relationships. The ideal candidate will assist the Relationship Manager in developing and executing client relationship strategies, analyzing client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Relationship Manager will also be responsible for coordinating client meetings, preparing reports, and providing administrative support as needed. Job Description

- Assist Relationship Manager in identifying and developing new client relationships
- Conduct research on industry trends and client needs to provide tailored solutions
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and events with clients to ensure strong relationships
- Manage client communications and follow-ups to drive client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service delivery for clients
- Support Relationship Manager in creating and implementing strategic plans for client growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM system
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals for client meetings
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month/ or as per your interview
