Job Description
- Assist Relationship Manager in identifying and developing new client relationships
- Conduct research on industry trends and client needs to provide tailored solutions
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and events with clients to ensure strong relationships
- Manage client communications and follow-ups to drive client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service delivery for clients
- Support Relationship Manager in creating and implementing strategic plans for client growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM system
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals for client meetings
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month/ or as per your interview
